ProLynkCRM ("we", "us", "our") is currently in pre-release. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our marketing site at prolynkcrm.com and our public demo environment at demo.prolynkcrm.com.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you join the waitlist, request a pre-release demo, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and any message content you submit. When you create an account or interact with the demo at demo.prolynkcrm.com, we collect any information you choose to enter into demo records (contacts, deals, notes, etc.).
Information collected automatically. On both the marketing site and the demo, we collect standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps) to operate and secure the service. With your consent, we also collect analytics data to understand how visitors and demo users interact with the product.
Cookies and similar technologies. Both prolynkcrm.com and demo.prolynkcrm.com use cookies. See our cookie banner and the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer for full details on the categories of cookies we use and how to control them.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to: (a) respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request; (b) notify you when ProLynkCRM goes live; (c) operate, maintain, and improve our marketing site and demo environment; (d) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and (e) comply with legal obligations.
3. The Demo Environment (demo.prolynkcrm.com)
The demo at demo.prolynkcrm.com is provided free of charge for evaluation purposes only. Important things to know:
- Do not enter real customer data, payment information, government IDs, health information, or other sensitive personal data into the demo.
- Demo data is reset on a recurring schedule and may be deleted at any time without notice.
- The demo is shared. Other evaluators may be able to view records you create unless explicitly marked private.
- The demo is not covered by any uptime SLA, backup guarantee, or data retention commitment.
- We may collect aggregate usage analytics from the demo to improve the product.
By using the demo, you accept these conditions. If you need to evaluate the product with real or sensitive data, please contact us about a private trial environment.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the marketing site and demo (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under written agreements that limit their use of the data; (b) authorities when required by law; and (c) successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
5. Data Retention
We retain waitlist and contact submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and inform you about the launch, after which we delete or anonymize the data. Data entered into demo.prolynkcrm.com is reset on a rolling basis and is not retained long-term. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days unless required longer for security investigations.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@prolynkcrm.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. International Transfers
Our infrastructure may be hosted in the United States or other jurisdictions. By submitting information to us or using the demo, you consent to its transfer to and processing in those jurisdictions.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — particularly for the shared demo environment.
9. Children's Privacy
This site and demo are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the site.
